Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags that were included with the initial delivery.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
